Vehicle Accident Claim Process

  • At the time of accident, take photo of accident showing vehicle number plate and damage (of both party)
  • Report the accident to the nearest Traffic Police
  • Inform Ginger (Shikhar) about accident within 7 days for Claims Registration
  • Claim Intimation letter (Include Sample Letter)
  • Claim form (duly filled and signed)
  • Original Police Report
  • Certified valid Blue book copy (Insured and Third Party)
  • Certified valid driving license copy (Insured and Third Party)
  • Certified copy of agreement between Insured and Third Party in presence of Police Authority (ldnf kq)
    In case if vehicle
  • Estimate Quotation for Repair of both Insured (Comprehensive) & Third party, before repairs
  • Final VAT Bill (after repair is complete)
  • Original photographs of the damaged vehicle Before and After repairing

Incase of Commercial Vehicle

  • Copy Of Route Permit
  • Copy of passenger/load chalan

Incase of Injury

  • Prescription from Doctor (in official letterhead)
  • Emergency Card (if applicable)
  • Original Medical/hospital Reports & Bills

Incase of Death

  • Post Mortem Report
  • Original Policy Copy
  • Citizenship copy of the insured and Nominee.
  • Relationship Certificate
  • Ghatnasthal Muchulka
  • Laas janch Muchulk
  • Death Certificate

Incase of death and disability, the policyholder or their nominee will be required to submit a Recommendation Letter from the District Administration Office.

  • Surveyor appointed shall make necessary inquiry.
  • He/she shall determine the liability of the Insurer and submit a report including the comprehensive details.
  • He/she shall also inform the Insured relating to it mentioning the amount to be received against the claim subject.

Based on the approved note, a discharge voucher will be issued with the approved amount to be given to the insured.

The insured has to sign the discharge voucher and the policy issuing office will issue a cheque as mentioned in the Discharge Voucher in the name of the insurer. Ginger will deliver the cheque to the customer or deposit the cheque in customers account, as directed.
